Welcome Mitchell and Carrie Neldon to our services today. Carrie is our family, growing up at First Mabelvale. Bro. Mitchell is Executive Pastor to Bro. Jeremy Flanagan, Pathway Baptist Church, Fayetteville, Arkansas. We have voted to support the Missionary Baptist Student Fellowship (MBSF) in Fayetteville. Bro. Mitchell will give us a report concerning MBSF work there which is labelled "THRIVE." We want our students at the University of Arkansas to "THRIVE" in the Lord.
Our Other Missions
- Bro. Jesus Gabriel - Our missionary at First Mabelvale to the Hispanic community in central Arkansas.
- Bro. Livingstone Lambert, Power Baptist Church, Tanzania - We provide scholarships to four students in their school of over two hundred.
- Bro. Shawn Welchman - church planter in Flagstaff, Arizona.
- Bro. Ethan Helm - medical missons in Cambodia. Bro. Ethan is also a part of our family, growing up at First Mabelvale.
- Central Arkansas Baptist Bible Institute (CABBI)
- Texarkana Baptist Orphanage
- Lonoke Association Mission Rally - A quarerly meegin which supports varied mission points. The last meeting raised $6500 for the Building Fund of My Divine Savior Baptist Church in Reynosa, Mexico, a work sponsored by Landmark Baptist Church, El Paso, Arkansas, Bro. John Powers, pastor.
- Change for Misisons - Your pocket change last year provided over $1000, a part of $6000 that was distributed to eight mission points through the Lonoke Baptist Association. Keep up the excellent work.
